The firm handles real estate closings, settlements and title insurance throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania with particular emphasis on Schuylkill, Carbon, Luzerne, Northumberland, Berks, and Lehigh counties.
We aim to make your closing as stress free as possible, offering both evening and weekend closings, and will conduct closings in our office, bank or realtor office or any other mutually convenient location, without any additional charge.
We will close on schedule, without excuses, and but for title or other problems not of our making we have never failed to close as scheduled.
